Shay Sends Smiles Is Now Offering On Site Sales!

It has been an entire year since I started selling items on eBay.com and I want to thank you all so much for making it such a successful one with 140 boxes or bundles sold to date. And now I am hoping to bring you even more possibility and savings via my personal online e-commerce shop here at Shaysmiles.com. I absolutely love selling on eBay and won’t be retiring anytime soon but I can offer more products and more bundles if I have a place to list the rotating inventory to keep both online shops nice and fresh. eBay.com does have seller listing limits in case anyone wants to know.

Listing Limits on eBay

Sellers have listing limits on eBay so not only do we have a limit to the number of listings we can post but we also are not able to sell used body care items as a rule. And of course it makes perfect sense however, Mercari allows “used” body sprays and fine mists due to them being tamer resistant. So, instead of joining another creator based platform I decided to create my own to avoid the listing limits on eBay and to provide more products and offerings.

Raffles & Contests to get my lil shoppe out there!

Another thing I can’t do from eBay is run a raffle or contest to market my lil shoppe which I can do here. Raffles are great ways to get items for way less than you’d otherwise pay and it allows me to interact more with my customers and boost engagement.
That is my only goal and while of course I want to create great content and sell a lot of products, that is not the purpose of this site because eBay really does a lot of that for me, thank goodness. The purpose of this site is to offer more ways to make my customers aware of my offerings and my brand so they can like, follow or save/share some of my listings on Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube or Instagram!
I promise you that eBay.com is a great way to make sales but it isn’t the best way to connect with your customers so that they want to shop with you again. I promised in my beginning blogs that as I learned, I’d share tips and wisdom that I gleaned over the weeks, months and years to come.
