Shays Little Give-Aways-Terms & Conditions

Shay’s Little Give-A-Ways can be but are not limited to coupon drops from Victoria’s Secret that will not be used by me, the receiver of the coupon. These coupons are not duplicates or printouts but given according to Victoria’s Secret’s terms and conditions via sales and promotions to my account and all rules are governed by their company guidelines such as one use per code etc.

Shay’s Little Give-A-Ways can be but are not limited to actual Give-A-Ways that may require the payment of shipping and/or an entry point fee. An entry point fee may be a minimum payment to process and receive said item at an extremely discounted rate to the benefit of the receiver and to create a “transaction” on the payment processing site as per their terms and conditions.

Give-A-Ways will always require the payment of at least one dollar as this will allow payment and processing through e-Bay where other expenses such as shipping will be covered by Shay but the item or items are tracked and the transaction handled professionally.
Any Give-A-Ways requiring a payment will only be processed by receiver of item for the event and thus no payments will be collected as entry fee’s to win.

This does not include raffles which are not covered under give-a-ways where no risk of loss of revenue is included.

Entries for all Give-A-Ways except VS coupon codes will be based upon being a follower of a social media page or subscriber of this site able to log in and comment during the time or duration of the Little Give-A-Away.

You may follow or unfollow as desired however to participate in the Little Give-A-Way receiver must be a follower for a minimum of 30 days based on terms and conditions that all Little Give-A-Ways will take a minimum 30 days to cycle before award is granted and this will be measured by entry date, comments, accounts, and analytics.

Late entries or entries after a certain date will not be accepted.

Receiver of Little Give-A-Way item must verify and check they used the correct address as no replacements or refunds for shipping or entry fee costs will be granted. You may as the receiver send the Little Give-A-Away item to someone else but we will not be held liable or responsible for transit or tracking beyond what is provided to that address.
