Capricorn – The Zodiac Collection by Bath and Body Works

Capricorn fine fragrance mist from The Zodiac Collection at Bath and Body Works is as good as good could get when it comes to a rose scent. The dry down is soft and creamy decadent undertone from the whipped foam which sits heavily at the base for a perfect ending bottom note. This updated rose fragrance is great for almost all ages but likely not a young girl. This is a mature rose but not outdated and old to be fair and it does come off as an intelligent and mindful blend of scents.

It’s not too strong but has quite a bit of longevity that lingers on. While it could be sexy and sensual it’s really more comforting and warming but very feminine and grounded in that one aspect. It is not a versatile scent. It won’t create sparks but bring thoughts of a mindful maiden. It kind of reminds me of a discontinued scent from Bath and Body Works called Rose and Whipped Vanilla which was very lovely and romantic but not sensual.

I do love this scent but as you know I wear scent for personal pleasure and attraction so this one’s for personal pleasure when I don’t wish to be a distraction. As the scent says, it is mindful and intelligent. It knows where it is and it doesn’t want to stand out but still want to be thought of as pleasant.
