I Scream Float by Bath and Body Works

I Scream Float is a big NO for me but that doesn’t mean you won’t like it because it got rave reviews from plenty. It definitely wasn’t me. This scent is the main reason why I didn’t want to smell any of them. The scent is too juvenile for me but not only that, it smells like generica cola with just a hint of scent left. Right away I knew that fizzy meant soda because that is the top note and while it doesn’t smell generic, it does give the faint scent of Pepsi that went flat. They call this top note Fizzing Cola by the way so it is dead on but not on me on any given day.

The middle note is Frightful Vanilla Float which I guess is there but I don’t smell it because it just smells like a really sweet and flat soda to me. The base note is Spooky Sugars which accounts for that faint scent of a sweetness I get when I think of a sweet, flat soda. I am not a fan. I wish I could say differently but as of now I can’t.

The vanilla note is very faint so this comes of to me as a scent made exclusively for kids and teens. I can’t see a moment in time where I would pick this up and want to spritz it all over me before I went out. And it is not a bad scent but it is so true to it’s form. You just smell like a flat soda pop. The scent is very hard to explain. I bet if you agree with me you know exactly what I am saying. But then if you don’t, you’re really wondering what all the negative fuss is all about.

It’s a no for me but for those of you that do love it, I understand because the scent is very unique. It’s not bad but I guess I really hate the smell of fizzy cola and I just have to stand on that opinion. I absolutely wouldn’t want this in my Halloween bag. If you ask me this scent is just for kids as I said.
